Brian is a great host and was always quick to respond to our messages. The apartment is as described and there are many restaurants nearby. There was just no ATM nearby. In March, you heard the strong wind loudly in the apartment We would come back. 😊

Wonderful place to stay in Hoi An away from the hustle and bustle of old town but still in a walk-able distance from it (about 20 minutes walk) Restaurants and coffee shops that are more for the locals nearby which we love!

I could see why the rating was 5. At first, I was anxious because the accommodation was changed due to various issues, but the accommodation was so tidy, the staff was so friendly, the breakfast was great, and the barbecue was so good. It was a spotless accommodation. It was a trip with my parents and children, and they were all satisfied. Awesome!

This house is very nice. It’s two stories and very private, yet walking distance to the old town shops and restaurants. You can hear the boats going by sometimes but I brought ear plugs and it was fine. The bed is comfortable, there are two full bathrooms with showers plus a large soaking tub. There is a laundry mat next door, you drop your clothes off and they hang them to dry and you pick them up within 24 hours. One time we got them back the same day. There is also a lady next door who can help you make lanterns, she can make a custom breakfast for you as well. One time she even opened up after hours to feed us dinner. Amy with Pao homes met us for check-in and showed us around the house and was helpful in recommending things to do and also arranged rental bicycles for us. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hoi An!

Return visitors to Casa Rio for another month’s stay in this still fabulous house. The house keeping is excellent, everything you need is in the house, with amenities, town and beach all within walking distance. The garden has developed under Huong’s knowledge of plants and attention to detail. Would love to stay again in the future. Many thanks😎

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. The host, Chloe, is friendly I like that everyone who works is bright and friendly. Each room has its own private bathroom The soundproofing is a little weak. The pool is well maintained It can be washed and dried, and please contact the host for inquiries. Breakfast is available for $3 per person and is delicious. If you apply for breakfast, the lady will come and make it for you at the time you want. It's like a business trip sef. He's very kind and has good skills. If you have to pick the disadvantages, it's the location, but it takes about 20 minutes to get to Hoi An Old Town, and the price is 100 ~ 130,000 won. The grocery store is nearby, but it's expensive. After 6 o'clock, there are no street lights, so it's dark ~ However, the accommodation is safe, so don't worry ~! If I come to Hoi An again next time, I will visit again.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

Flawless accommodation! May has been helpful since day one, she made sure we didn't miss anything. This accommodation located in the à la carte hotel is known to all (Grab/Taxis) and is by the sea, easily accessible on foot, near the dragon bridge. The value for money is very good! She even offers a full cleaning service of the accommodation included in the price. Thanks again May!!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!
