Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nahuel Huapi Lake

The house is very cute! The dream views! The location is good, 10 min from downtown Bariloche… it has very good heating, which is very important for the winter. They welcomed us and explained everything. Super friendly and friendly.

Simply EXCELLENT, the house is a 10, in every way, Gabriel the host is SUPER ATTENTIVE, Cecilia the manager is an 11 out of 10, super busy with the house and that nothing is missing, the truth is it's a place to return 1 and 1000 times, our daughters, my wife and I felt at home. The views are fairy tale

The views of the place to Lake Gutiérrez are amazing. You can see all the time from the interior or the terrace. The setting is super warm and is very well heated. On the other hand, both Agustín and Nora were super responsive to every concern.

The place has an amazing view. It's no doubt to recommend, it was all spotless, the access instructions were clear. I would stay in the place again, it was clean, with full utensils, towels and with comfortable facilities. The only thing to keep in mind I recommend going by car since the accommodation is in height, which gives it a beautiful view.

Great place, quiet, in the middle of the mountains, easy to access, the house is very cozy. The host was always attentive, I would definitely return.

The house is impeccable! Beautiful, comfortable, well cared for... you can see the good taste in the smallest detail. The host, Silvia, is a genius! Very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, at the foot of the Campanario hill. It doesn't matter when we would return to Bariloche, winter, autumn, spring, summer.....what we do know is where we would stay. Everything was impeccable! The only bad thing is that Airbnb won't let you give more than 5 stars!

This is certainly one of my favorite airbnbs ever. The view is superb - every morning waking up to the blue of the lake and alpenglow on the mountains and the shower has the best view of any you will ever experience. The place is private and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful tall trees and is visited by interesting birds. The house is beautifully built and Marcelo is a great host. I would highly recommend it!!

The house is beautiful! The photos reflect quite well what it's like, but in person it's even prettier. It's super equipped The views are a dream, the whole environment adds a lot of peace and beauty to the experience. Serena's service was excellent. He always responded quickly and willingly every time we wrote to him. Even when I told him that one of the hair dryers wasn't working, he offered to replace it right away, although it wasn't necessary because there were two others available. When we arrived, he had already left the heating on so that we were comfortable from the first moment. He also recommended activities to do and places to shop, which was very helpful. The only thing to mention is that on the last day there was a general power outage throughout Bariloche, and they forgot to warn us. Since we hadn't charged the devices during the night, Serena was very understanding and allowed us to extend the check-out time to be able to charge cell phones in the car. 10/10

The place is very central with a perfect view of the lake. Monica and Victoria were muuuy attentive at all times. Undoubtedly the apartment is perfect and super recommended. Thank you for everything

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a good stay, close to all the action in Bariloche. Good heating, great views and great location to do everything on foot

The photos are reliable. Very cozy apartment, with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Very close to the main street (Calle Mitre) and the lake. Great: bed, kitchen utensils, shower, bed and bath linen, cleaning and communication. It was kind of you to leave a bottle of water and some sachets. The only caveat is that the building is on a fairly steep slope, which makes it tiring if you want to return to the apartment throughout the day and also for people with difficulty walking.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and very well located. When you leave the building, the view is spectacular. Although you can't see the view from the balcony, it's beautiful to go out and find the beauty of Bariloche. Next to the Cathedral, walking one block down Mitre Street, restaurants, chocolate shops, all accessible. The beds are super comfortable, the water is hot as we like it and Cecilia is super attentive to explain everything to us and to answer any questions we had. We loved it!! We recommend it

The apartment is as it appears in the photos and even more beautiful. What we enjoyed most was the courtyard, which is really beautiful. Beyond that, it is super functional, very comfortable, quiet and well located. There's really nothing to improve because everything is perfect, we wouldn't change anything! Something that was important to the family is that the mattress is comfortable and that there is a coffee maker (which I did not see in the photos). You can rest assured that the mattress is super comfortable and the apartment has everything for a beautiful stay, even the coffee maker =). It is very well located, very close to the lake, close to the civic center, there are many businesses and restaurants in the area, and it is even well located for public transport. Maria Alejandra always responded quickly and super kindly, attentive to every detail, the check-in and always very willing to answer all the questions we asked her. We hope to return to Bariloche soon and be able to stay in the apartment again.

The accommodation is beautiful and all the equipment is top quality. Very comfortable, spacious, with good views, bright and quiet. The pool is huge, very nice and is just over 1 block from the accommodation within the same complex. The water was at a pleasant temperature. There are a lot of workers since the complex is under construction, but everyone is very friendly and we were not bothered by the noise that could be generated. We would definitely come back!
