Exente location, very close to EVERYTHING, warm apartment in cold weather. Clean and very comfortable beds.

Excellent stay, strategic location blocks from downtown, with easy access to it, to the km and airport/route. Beautiful garden when entering, parking space, welcome from Bacco and beautiful kittens. The apartment is small, but comfortable for 4 people. Fully equipped, as the review says. Change of towels in a week. Lots of blankets for bedding, although the room was warm because the stove was on. They did us the favor of storing our bags until we went to the airport, to enjoy the stay until the last moment. Highly recommendable. We'll be back!

We had an amazing experience at the cabin. We arrived very late at night (around 11 pm) due to a long delay at customs, but Erla welcomed us with a big smile and without any inconvenience. From the first moment, she was very kind and hospitable, giving us key recommendations on the places we couldn't miss. Thanks to her, we were able to visit Puerto Blest and Lake Frías on our last day, an experience we almost missed. She was always clear in explaining everything we needed for our stay and, on several occasions, she talked with us, which made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend staying here. A cozy place with an exceptional host. Thanks for everything!

The place was very clean and had the most beautiful view. The host had chairs and an outlet so you could enjoy the view with a warm mate in hand. The best part is that the room stayed very warm our entire stay! It was cozy and had all the amenities listed. We especially loved the bath tub. It has jets and was a great way to defrost after being outdoors all day. There were also excellent restaurants nearby like Stag and lots to do in the town nearby. Overall, if we visit we will definitely be staying here again!

Silvi and Lautaro very friendly with us, the house a luxury, had everything we needed and the location was perfect, close to everything we need, whether it's supermarket, grocery, butcher, bars, pharmacy, etc. Also at the end of the street where the house is located there is a descent to the beach, very nice everything.

Unbeatable location, with beautiful views, surrounded by trees and with many attractions just a few kilometers away. Marcia was very friendly at all times, always ready to help. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Definitely one of my best experiences on this app.

We arrived in Matías after a scam in another accommodation. We were quickly able to enter the house. The house is very comfortable and complete but it would lack a deeper cleaning, the garden needs more care, a table, a pair of chairs. . The neighborhood is not cute and is a little far from all the places we visited. Despite those details we had a great time in the house and I know Matías will solve it.

The place is fabulous, impeccable with towels in the very spacious bathroom. We really wanted to take more time but we saw that everything is occupied and we left this morning. The view is spectacular!! We took lots of photos and videos!!! And the host "Emmanuel" is the icing on the cake! Of all the places we've been, we hadn't met someone with such a good vibe. She's great, has a very good sense of humor, is pleasant, respectful and polite, and that made us feel welcome, loved and at home. There's a kiosk❤️ nearby and you're close to everything! The place has a closed balcony with heating too, which we enjoyed a lot, and also a large terrace. We are happy to have known the place and the best host who is attentive to any questions you ask. We had a great time at Juan's cabin and his family. We felt comfortable and although we were a little far from downtown, the area was super quiet. Highly recommended for those who want a quiet stay, since the environment is surrounded by hills. Positive aspects: The environment, quiet and very safe. The friendliness of the people who were nearby, and that the house was quite well equipped with everything we needed. Things we didn't like so much: They are not 2 rooms but one of the rooms is the living room and that implies that maybe some will not have so much intimacy when sleeping, but I had already asked the host. And it's a little smaller than the photos looked, just like for 4 people we were fine. Outside of that, it felt a lot of peace, the patio is super big, the neighbor was very nice to us, Juan's family assisted us in everything and they even gave us a hand to do our laundry. So I definitely think it's an excellent place to stay

The Lugar is perfectly clean and tidy, it has everything you need for the stadium including tecito and sugar which is greatly appreciated!! We arrived late and didn't get through to a super so it saved us. It's super quiet and you can't hear any noise . Without Duda we would go back ! I have to try your food !

The house is beautiful with amazing views on the lake. There’s also a garden with fruits berries and vegetables that our toddler enjoyed. Walter is great. He helped us a lot when we had a medical issue with our infant son, which we are very grateful for. Walter is easy to talk to, he always responds promptly and helps with any issue you might have.

Divine apartment! Super comfortable and well located, although the blocks are steep, we walked to the center several times. Clean, comfortable, very beautiful! Ana is super attentive to everything Highly recommended, there were 5 of us and we were very comfortable

Great apartment, just like it appears in the pictures. Very well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook! Super comfortable for one couple, or even including a child. Location is just superb, beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely stay again :)

Nico and Caro super friendly, they waited for us for having had flight delay. The super comfortable dpto for us 2. Bathroom, shower power, heating and fan (touched us days of 30 degrees), super comfortable bed, everything as expected. Super recommended. I hope to be back soon!!

We loved the stay, the communication with Patrícia was great, she recommends good places nearby and everything is really close to hosting.

We arrived at the accommodation on a rainy day and from the 0 minute they were super friendly and attentive, both Florence and Laura. The apartment is divine, has a beautiful view and is well equipped. There is flexibility for both check-in and check-out times. The only thing to take into account is the climb up to the apartment, which will be 200m but is also not so steep. We felt at home. We would definitely stay again!

Small but very comfortable apartment, the floor heating is wonderful, fantastic bathtub and well-equipped kitchen.
