Monthly Rentals in Nagymaros

The house and Bence were wonderful, unfortunately an unexpected illness shortened the rest, which the host had endless empathy for. We'll be back.

We had a great time in the house and were able to make nice excursions. There is plenty of space in the house. We were not even aware that there are two kitchens and two bathrooms. There is actually a lot of space for 6 people. For example, there is no bed on the middle floor. The living room is still missing a few chairs, there are 3 too few. The great view is worth mentioning, but you buy it with a steep climb to the house. On foot, this is really only recommended for fit people, otherwise a car is mandatory.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming little house in the hills of Hungary. The location was perfect – tucked away from everything with a beautiful view of the river, offering a peaceful escape. It was also conveniently close to Budapest, making it easy to drive into the city for day trips and return in time to put our little one to bed. The nearby Visegrád ferry crossing was a lovely touch, adding to the charm of the area. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly retreat with easy access to Budapest and the surrounding area!

We enjoyed a 6 night stay in the middle of may. The house is beautiful, very tasteful decorated, and Franciska made sure to warm it up for us before arriving since this may was a little cold. Much appreciated! We didn’t spent a lot of time in Zebegény, but it is a very calm and beautiful little town. I do recommend exploring the cities around. Especially Esztergom and Budapest swept us off our feet. Franciska is super fast in replying every question we had a long the way. The neighbor dog looks tough and he wants you to think that he is. In reality, he’s actually a little nervous about new people. We talked to him a lot and he ended up making friends with us and our 2 year old daughter. Also, there are so many beautiful plants around the house - including a cactus in the bedroom. I do recommend removing said cactus if you have small children 😂 All in all, we recommend this place.
