Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. Tarunpreet is incredibly warm and welcoming. Even before booking the place, I had quite a few questions, and she patiently answered all of them. We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were kind enough to accommodate our early check-in request, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The location is convenient—just 30 minutes from Manohar Airport, and within similar distance to major beaches and popular eateries around Siolim. It made exploring North Goa incredibly easy. We were traveling with a baby, and the house had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We also worked remotely during our stay, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for multiple people working simultaneously. The space was well laid out with enough rooms to manage work and rest comfortably. The property was regularly cleaned, which made it very comfortable for an extended stay. There's also a shared pool, which we often found to be nearly empty—great for a quiet dip. Overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, well-connected, and family-friendly stay in Goa.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

so I have stayed at a lot of places in Goa I have been visiting Goa for the past 11 years and this by far is the best place that I have ever stayed in. I would love to actually buy this property but I can't because it is Stephanie, it's a really comfortable place, you will feel like staying more at home rather than going out for the parties and everything. Defo coming again;)

Checkin and check out was good. Dhanraj respond immediately for any request and help a lot for everything. when ever requested for cleaning apartment, responded immediately. I recommend for family holidays.

Great place. Barca themed and fabulously maintained. You get everything you need around. whether you are planning for peaceful vacation or a adventure filled one, you get best of both worlds here. The infinity pool is well maintained fantastic view. The jacuzzi in apartment is perfect relaxation much needed during vacation break. No second thought if you are looking to book.

Honestly I'm the type of person who generally don't write reviews, but tanmay was such a good host that I can't see the other way. Place is a great stay for couples. Everything is safe around the apartment. Tanmay you should be a super host by now! If you have any problem or query his response time was super quick.
