Ery’s place was an amazing find! The instructions were very cleared and detailed. Both the unit and the building were clean, the pool was great. The view was breath taking! Plenty of food options and a beach within a short drive. I will definitely book this location again in the future.

Rosa’s Airbnb is beautiful and had everything we needed, even the little things to accommodate our 2 year old. It was the perfect setting to come back to after a long day of exploring the town. The biggest highlight was watching the planes and boats go by from the comfort of the living room. Our son was enthralled and so were we!

Staying at Rey and Amanda’s place was the best decision we could have made for our trip. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Traveling with small children can be challenging, but they went above and beyond to make things easier for us—offering help when we needed it most and always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. They truly made us feel at home, and their kindness and flexibility made a big difference in our experience. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family, but what really stood out was the warmth and care they brought as hosts. We’re so grateful for everything and would absolutely stay with them again!

The house is located in a great gated community. House is as pictured and very clean. Great pool. Close to the beach. We were able to drop off our luggages prior to check in time and enjoyed the pool while Jamira, the house keeper, finished cleaning the house which made our afternoon very relaxing! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the wedding at the Wyndham, which made everything so easy. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, and the space felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Roark was everything we hoped for and more. The house was comfortable, clean, and in a great location—just minutes away from Puerto Nuevo Beach, which was hands down our favorite beach in Puerto Rico. The water was crystal clear, the sand was soft, and the beach was clean and peaceful—truly a hidden gem. Richard, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His communication was quick and clear, and we really appreciated his local recommendations—they made our trip even better. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, this is it. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The waves was close to ferry, car rental, town. Hosts were great really enjoyed the pool at night after a busy day of horseback riding and beaches. Really great beaches were less than 10 minutes away. Only down side for me was the property was right on the ocean but the ocean in front of the property was too rough to swim in so we had to travel a bit away for really nice beaches.

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

This condo was PERFECT for our family! It was just our 4 person family that stayed here and it was our kids first vacation not having to share a room which was perfect! You can walk or drive down to the beach. We opted to drive so we didn't have to carry our items across the parking lot. There is an outdoor shower right inside which was great to rinse off before heading back to the condo. You are close to the pool. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator and messaged Marley. She was VERY responsive and actually got us a whole new fridge! It wasn't a big issue for us because we did eat out most of the time but it was nice to have a cold fridge for water. The condo is close to restaurants which was very cool and about 15 minutes away from grocery stores. It's hard to explain but the condo is centurally located to a lot of things but still peaceful. I highly recommend for families! It was our first time visiting PR and we will definitely be back!

Staying at Brad's apartment in Luquillo was a dream! We had an amazing stay. From the beginning, Brad was communicative and gave excellent recommendations for attractions nearby. He was responsive to our messages and questions. The apartment was in excellent condition, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. A/C worked perfectly and created a nice reprieve from the heat. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter, and Brad offered a pack n' play, beach toys, and great suggestions for beaches nearby that were toddler-friendly. The view from the balcony is truly special -- the water really is that turquoise!! You won't regret staying here!

Located in Playa Azul condo #1, it really is the #1 condo to stay at in the area. Perfect location just steps from the beach and it is in my opinion the best part of the beach in Luqillo. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the rest of town where you can enjoy the restaurants and bars.

We had an incredible stay at Alex's beachfront spot. The location is unbeatable: just steps from the beach with a breathtaking view. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with one of the most expansive windows we had ever seen (with very safe railings of course!) The unit itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen is small but perfect for a beach vacation - we really appreciated the quality glassware and coffee setup provided! In terms of amenities, Alex thought of it all: soft towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, mouthwash... There is a huge smart TV as well, not that you will need it! Communication from Alex was prompt and enthusiastic. He was able to provide a wide-range of recommendations from Fajardo to Old San Juan! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beachside getaway with genuinely attentive service. Would definitely re-book again!

Great little place to stay, clean, quite comfortable and peaceful. So many restaurants within just a few miles. Great local vibe. Jose was a very helpful and kind host. Would highly recommend his Place and this area of Puerto Rico

Perfect quiet and nice spot for us. The view is amazing and the terrace with all the plants and views is a great spot to relax and unwind, hope Tom puts some hammocks in the future. The place is set up great for your convenience. Tom is very kind and available to answer any questions you may have. The fishing village is cute and has many restaurants walking distance. Quiet during the week, very busy on the weekend, typical Puertorrican beach town. The neighborhood is quiet and while there are many structures in need of repairs-probably hit by hurricanes, etc- it is a great project in progress. Definitely recommend. Thank you Tom.

Giselle’s place was beautiful! We had plenty of outdoor space to enjoy and its proximity to the pool made it convenient. The kitchen has beautiful counters and backsplash and was well equipment with everything we needed during our stay. The apartment looks updated with tasteful decor. As a host Gisselle was proactive in providing detailed instructions to ensure check in/out was smooth. The complex has controlled access and a security guard(s) that made us feel safe.

Claritza and Joel, thank you AGAIN for hosting us. It was even better this time, there were more items in the apartment to accommodate all of our needs. From the salt to the chairs and the cooler; I can’t thank you enough for putting is much thought into this space. We will likely come again, not sure when. You guys have exceeded all of our expectations and provided a space where we can feel at home away from home. We loved out stay at Rafi’s place. Came here to celebrate my brother getting married and we had a blast. The place was in immaculate condition and there was a lot of things to do within a 30 minute drive from the house. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet stay away from the main city.

I gave Javier 5 Star which is very rare that I am compelled to give anyone 5 Stars this was my 1st Airbnb Experience and to have been guided step by step by Javiers was what I needed to guide me thru this experience we have always stayed at Caribe Hilton located 5 minutes away, so we were familiar with the location Javiers quick response was a plus, I do look forward to using Javier in the near future and trust if you decide to book with him he is upfront super honest very helpful even explained what the 2nd toilet was for funny but I had never seen one but I am now experienced great location super safe Hamber across the street was our late night meal very safe to walk around it literally took us 10 minutes to get to the old San Juan and I saved a lot of money compared to the near by hotels the view was breath taking a must book!!!! you will not regret it so do not take my word but experience it for yourself

The house was relatively easy to find, and I really enjoyed being able to park in the driveway, behind the sliding gate. The kitchen was stocked with all you’d need to cook, including some rice, peanut butter, syrups, cereal, and even a couple cans of chef Boyardee! You are right next door to a bar, which can be very noisy at night, but the DJ/loud music would stop around 8 PM (on the weekends). I don’t believe that hey played music on the weekdays. Several nice spots to eat within 5-10 minutes, and the drive to the ferry to Vieques/Culebra wasn’t too bad. Enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves across the street, although the beach itself didn’t seem like it was suited for sunbathing/swimming. When we arrived, we ventured over and there was too much sea debris (twigs/tires/palm leaves/etc) to put down a towel. There was a lot of outdoor seating on the balcony of the air bnb (chairs, benches, a picnic bench, etc) and cushions were provided! Would stay again!
