Architect-designed micro-house in Overhalla.

Here you can experience living in an architect-designed atrium house. The house was built in 2018 and has a separate micro house for rent. I live in the other house and between the two houses there is an atrium with a patio. There is a consistently high standard in the micro house, which is about 40 m2. The micro house has a shared bathroom, private kitchen, laundry room and bedroom. There are two separate bedrooms, one combined with a sofa/sofa bed. Due to the size of the house, it is best suited for families, but four adults can stay.

The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. Here your family or colleagues live centrally, with proximity to everything you need. There is also a cat living in the house. Access to the second floor basement and office is private. The landlord reserves the right to access the accommodation by agreement with the tenant.
