The facility is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce only 4 km from Cieplice Thermal Baths, in the direction of Karpacz. Level 1 (65 m2) two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Level 2 (30 m2) is a bedroom for two and a sitting area. The apartment is designed for 4–8 people. Plot area 1.5 ha/0.34 ha forest. A place for a bonfire.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. POPIELATO - a small house (35 m2) with whirlpool for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten. The house has two separate bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and hot tub that is directly accessible from the large terrace. The firewood is at your disposal for free.
