My place is located on the edge of Akoumia, in the south of Rethymno. It is a stone-built semi-detached house with a panoramic view of Kedros, the valley and its villages. The upper and lower spaces communicate with an internal staircase but are also completely autonomous with their own bathroom, kitchen and separate entrance, having access to the garden, the terrace and the parking lot.

The space I have is a family vacation home, this was also the use of it. It has a large terrace and a large garden with lots of greenery and trees. Ideal for those seeking rest and tranquility on their vacation in nature and just 40 meters from the sea. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Very close there is also a tavern with very good cuisine and fresh fish.
