It's exactly what it looks like in the actual pics. The water quality of the pool was also very good. And the host was very responsive. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I had a good stay in a very quiet place comfortably. Above all, it was nice that it was a bit far from the city center. It is not a structure on the second and third floors, but a first-floor structure, so it was nice to be able to share a lot of things such as communication and stories with my companions.

This is a great place for 4 adults to stay in each room. It is a middle-class residential area in Vietnam, so it is good for a quiet stay, and there is a luxurious coffee shop across the street from the accommodation, and the price is very cheap because it is a local price, and it tastes good ~ I had a comfortable stay ~

Phuoc was an incredibly helpful and friendly host — always quick to respond and regularly checking in to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. The studio is just a short walk from the beach, yet tucked away in a quiet corner, so there's no noise from the main road. I was also able to rent a scooter directly from Phuoc, which was really convenient. I’d definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back!

Ha was an exceptional host who always promptly responded in advance and during our stay. Ha greeted us, showed us around the villa and provided us with local recommendations of Restaurants and takeaway options. The property is located in a private and peaceful neighborhood and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Located between Da Nang and Hoi An it’s easily accessible. Ha arranged a driver to collect us from the airport and we continued to request him to take us around during our stay. The property is exceptionally clean and in terms of facilities and amenities there’s everything that you can wish for. Thank you Ha for your kind hospitality, our family had some fabulous memories of our stay

If you just check the shower part again, the facility management is clean and good. The water pressure was weak, so I couldn't take a shower with warm water.

Every aspect of our stay was delightful and well thought out. Xenial hosts welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Proactive in communication, they responded quickly to any questions or requests. Everything was spotless, and the amenities were exactly as described. Neighborhood was peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. Suggestions from the hosts helped us explore the area like locals. Incredibly comfortable bed and a cozy atmosphere made it hard to leave. Value for money is excellent considering the hospitality and quality. Eager to return and recommend this gem to friends and family.
