Ya en la planta de arriba del dúplex, encontramos la habitación matrimonial con su propio baño que cuenta con ducha y bañera así como ventanas Velux con vistas a Plaza Mayor y la Catedral. Además, encontramos una zona de distribución con armario y otro baño. En total, el apartamento tiene 3 baños. Por último, en esta planta encontramos una habitación con dos camas individuales de 90 que tiene unas vistas magnificas de la Catedral.

It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a veranda overlooking the river on the upper floor. A kitchen with a dining area and a toilet, with access to the courtyard and the veranda, on the ground floor. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort.
