The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Käytössäsi on 78 neliön talviasuttava talo kahdella makuuhuoneella sekä sähköistetty aitta, jossa 2 erilistä makuutilaa. Yhteensä 8 nukkumapaikkaa. Mökissä täydellisesti varustettu keittiö, wifi, astianpesukone, mikro, ilmalämpöpumppu, puusauna, suihku, sisä-WC sekä pesukone. Saunasta pulahdat järveen, jonka hiekkapohja syvenee loivasti. Hyvä tie perille ja ympäristössä hyvät ulkoilu-, sienestys- ja marjastusmahdollisuudet. Grillikatos, 2 polkupyörää, 2 kajakkia sekä soutuvene myös käytössäsi.

Tervetuloa oleilemaan lämmin tunnelmaiseen asuntoon osana vanhaa hirsirakennusta. Talo sijaitsee Kaukaalla, paperitehtaan piippujen alla. Asunto on pienehkö, mutta kompakti ja sisältää kaiken tarvittavan. Auton saa ilmaiseksi pihaan ja bussi kulkee ihan vierestä. Naapurusto on mukavaa ja rauhallista. Lämpimästi tervetuloa. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
