When used simultaneously on the▶ 2nd and 3rd floors, it can be used by groups of 15 or more. It is conveniently located within 50 minutes▶ from Seoul, and is a 4th floor private building located on Eulwang-dong Intersection Road, with 2nd and 3rd floors of pension in operation (opened in July 2023). Each floor has a spacious area of 30 pyeong, making it suitable for families and small groups of 10 or less, and groups of 15 or more (when used simultaneously on the 2nd and 3rd floors). It is located in the middle of Eulwang-ri Beach and Sunnyeobawi Beach, which are famous for their vacation spots, within a 5-minute walk. There is a Dulle-gil where you can take a walk and trekking in the morning, and it is the best place for a vacation and healing space where you can enjoy bathing in the sea during the day and watch the wonderful sunset at night. 50 minutes▶ from Seoul, 15 minutes from Incheon International Airport, 3 minutes walk from Eulwang-ri Beach It is a vacation spot with beautiful sunsets in all four▶ seasons. Use of▶ barbecue (there is an additional charge for charcoal barbecue for 4 people, basic 30,000 KRW ~ 50,000 KRW.)

It is a private villa resembling an art museum on a hillside with a good view of the sea. It is luxurious and stylish. It is a space of 80 pyeong, including Building 3, an ancillary facility, in addition to the main building on a 230-pyeong site. It is a villa-style accommodation built neatly with the finest materials, where you can watch TV. Clean white bedding and toilets are standard, and in addition to the main building, there is a spacious garden, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant, glass greenhouse-like barbecue area, and a separate space called Ttukseon Gudel-dong, which is available for a separate fee. This is a quasi-hanok-style annex that heats up the firewood. The rooftop is spacious and open to embrace the sea.There is a beautiful and secluded beach within a 5-minute walk, and if the water runs out, you can experience shellfishing. The main living room has a premium fireplace where you can see fantastic sparks, and a small fireplace is installed in the cafe where you can enjoy the fire all night. Inside and outside, there is a barbecue area for 12 or more people and a large garden with a bonfire.

This is a quiet 1.2-story detached house located in a small mountain.

(Not a pension) * There are no convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so please note and make a reservation only if you are quiet with acquaintances. * The neighborhood is quiet and secluded in the city.(The entrance to the house is about 70m long and narrow. (1M road) * Dogs are only small dogs and 20,000 won per dog is added. * For safety, it is absolutely non-smoking indoors and refrain from loud noise outside at night. * 10,000 KRW will be added per additional person (36 months or more).(Please settle the number of people regardless of whether you are staying or not.) * Outdoor barbecue preparation is 30,000 won. (It is 40,000 won from November to March.) Use of the cabin. * It is a countryside, so it is quarantined, but insects may appear in summer. *Don't be surprised as neighborhood cats may come, and be careful with outside food. *Foods that smell like fish or meat are prohibited indoors. * Please note that this is not a dog-friendly house, so please use basic etiquette.
