You will live in a 300-year-old, listed half-timbered house with a quarry-stone cellar and your own garden, which has been completely restored. It is very romantically located in the middle of the historic old town of Monschau, directly on a small waterfall. The AUSZEIT offers you a charming ambience with very high-quality furnishings, cozy chill areas, rain shower, open kitchen with cooking island and a garden directly on the stream. Here you will find everything you need for your time out.

Apartment in renovated farmhouse

2020/21 we completely renovated the old farmhouse of my grandparents with a lot of passion and attention to detail and converted the lower floor into a large vacation rental. In our old quarry stone house in Monschau-Höfen, up to four nature lovers, hiking friends or recreational vacationers can now find their place to feel good. The property is only partially suitable for children under 1 year of age. I ask for a preliminary request. You can park right at your doorstep in the large yard.

Weberwinkel

The Weberwinkel is a unique vacation home with upscale amenities, a spacious sauna area and a great garden. The house was built over 220 years ago as a cloth factory and Kontorhaus, a so-called Weberwinkel, and is listed as a monument. The extensive renovation was carried out using original, ecological materials such as clay and oak wood with a lot of love for detail. The old building fabric was preserved and a modern feel-good atmosphere was created.

Bridge villa stay

The prices are based on occupancy by 6 people (minimum charge). On Sunday, a late check-out until 10 pm is already included in the price. Each additional person will be charged €30 per night. A very special house with a park-like garden and a baroque pavilion. Access is via a private bridge. You have absolute privacy in the middle of the city. The park offers many different nooks and crannies on different levels and great views.
