Ground floor apartment, well lit, with good ventilation and a beautiful view of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Cozy decor, with plants. Located in the bucolic neighborhood of Santa Tereza, on a quiet, safe street in the midst of nature, with lots of greenery and close to the Chácara do Céu and Parque das Ruínas museums, next to the Santa Tereza cable car station. A 5-minute walk from the neighborhood's shopping center, with easy access to the City Center and the neighborhoods of Glória and Catete.
