Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Muscatine

This was a perfect spot for our son's graduation weekend. Being able to walk to Carver for an early morning graduation ceremony was so convenient. The apartment is spacious for 2 people and well furnished with most everything you would need. This is a great rental and very reasonably priced.

I had a great stay, the house was great and in a nice, quiet neighborhood but still walkable to fun restaurants and bars. I would stay here again next time I'm in the Quad Cities, and I hope to have more than one night there next time! Thanks!

It was a lovely clean and comfortable place to stay. We did not have any issues. It was quiet and the neighborhood had people who smiled and waved at us. A book about things to do in the area helped us decide how to spend time between what was already scheduled for our trip.

the property was wonderful! the only downside were the train crossings, which are a problem everywhere downtown. glad to hear the city is addressing this!

My only regret about staying here is that I didn't stay longer. As a night shift worker it's not always easy to find a place this peaceful during the daytime but this was one of them. The unit itself was also perfectly appointed and updated. There was nothing I wished I had, it was all there. The bathroom towels extremely plush. Access to washer and dryer was very efficient. The host was gracious and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

We were excited to return to Iowa City and stay at Julie’s fabulous Summit St home once again……..it never seems to disappoint! Julie continues to run one of the most beautifully maintained Airbnb’s we’ve encountered anywhere. From the meticulous refurbishing of this historic home to the comfy beds, fabulous kitchen, spa style bathrooms, family games, adult bar set-up, great media availability, and special “treats” to snack on and drink…..Julie runs a “top notch” place to stay. If you are coming to the Iowa City area don’t pass up the opportunity to stay in this sought after home.

Stayed in town to visit family. Much more spacious than a motel. Had all the amenities we needed. Great stay. Will be back when visit family again.

As advertised, and more! The views alone are worth it. But lots of little touches throughout the place makes it even more enjoyable. Hot tub at night (or coffee in the morning) is hard to beat. And Betzy was so nice abs proactive with checking and helpful info. We’ve already got it in our heads to come back next year when we come back to town!

Alexandra was an absolute dream to work with—so kind, flexible, and genuinely accommodating to our unique situation. Traveling with a crew of kids and dogs isn’t easy, and after being turned away by other hosts, we were incredibly grateful that she welcomed us with open arms. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and right at home. The house had everything we needed and more. The temperature was perfectly comfortable, and the fenced yard was a lifesaver—safe, spacious, and ideal for both our pets and children to enjoy. Every thoughtful detail made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more like home. Wonderful stay. Jill has a lovely house in walking / bike riding distance to downtown Cedar Rapids and local parks. Highly recommend.

This place was just right for my brief stay for a graduation event. Close enough to walk to campus/downtown, felt very homey, and had cool art/artifacts on the walls. Perfect for one or for a couple. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. This would be a great base to explore Iowa City on foot or on your bike.

My family and I really enjoyed this home. It was big enough to meet our needs and with being on the outskirts of town had the country charm we enjoy. We also enjoyed that it was close enough where it’s only a few minutes drive to restaurants, shops, and parks, which was perfect for us to explore Washington but come home to the quiet.

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Great location. Walkable to local restaurants and stores. Condo was well equipped with everything you’d need including water, coffee, cooking utensils and supplies and extra cleaning supplies. Comfortable bed and linens. We felt at home during our stay.
