The Axter Hütte, which is actually a chalet, is located in an easily accessible secluded location in Reichenfels in the beautiful Lavanttal in Carinthia at 1330 m above sea level and is an excellent starting point for relaxed ski tours and hikes. The Obdach ski resort is about 20 minutes, the Klippitztörl ski resort is about 30 minutes and the Koralpe ski resort is about 45 minutes by car. The hut is especially suitable for motorsport fans (or for family members who don't want to go down :-)), it is only 3 km (6.4 km road) as the crow flies to the Red Bull Ring - engine noises audible. The cottage has its own source, electricity through PV system. Access: steep, unpaved forest road. 4x4 - at your own risk! Bring your own bedding / towels.

Our holiday home is in a quiet location, yet very easily accessible, because there is a very good road connection and direct connection to the bike path. Hiking trails into the forest also start right from the house. The house is very spacious and very close to nature inside and out. The spacious garden and terrace area offers peace, space and a good view of the adjacent meadows, forests and the farm.

The alpine hut is in a secluded location at an altitude of 1000 m and offers guests a magnificent view, surrounded by coniferous forests and lush alpine meadows, which are grazed by cattle and calves. The hot pot provides wellness moments in the middle of nature. During the stay, our guests can become chicken owners and enjoy the fresh organic eggs daily. And also a small indoor playground with table tennis, table soccer..... means there is no boredom.

Spend an unforgettable time in the secluded, wildly romantic forest hut KOSAK, located at about 1,300 m above sea level, only a short drive away from Trofaiach via a private forest road. In the cosy farmhouse parlour, a table stove awaits you, providing a cosy warmth. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 futon beds. 👉 Our Kosak forest hut has been expanded: with a shower & toilet since May 2025!
