The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling trails for both relaxation and active leisure. Our tastefully and comfortably furnished house is located on the gentle slopes of the Southeast Styrian hill country, surrounded by vineyards, flower meadows, fruit trees and forests. Fantastic views in an absolutely quiet location near the South Styrian Wine Road ("Styrian Tuscany") with its wine taverns and top wines. The thermal baths and fortified castles of the Volcano Land are also just around the corner. A wonderful place for relaxing days or creative weeks away from all the hustle and bustle.

Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Treetops

Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Beech green tree house

Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

The apartment itself is completely new, fully equipped and has everything you need to feel at home quickly. The apartment is bright and quiet, your terrace leads you directly into nature.

Idyllic farm

My idyllic little farm is located in the heart of a charming village and is still isolated, so you can ground yourself and relax. Your apartment has beds for a total of four to five people and has a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. There are 2 TVs and a cozy eat-in kitchen overlooking horses, chickens and ducks. There is a CrossFit box for very sporty and endless hiking and biking trails to fully enjoy nature.
