For leisure activities, there is a games room with TV, table football, and arcade machine.

In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

Within our family home, stay in this lovely 25 m² self-contained studio on the first floor, offering a beautiful view of Mount Semnoz. Access to the accommodation is self-contained via an outdoor staircase, you have a free parking space nearby. The accommodation consists of a large room with a dining / kitchen area (with fridge and microwave), a sleeping area with a bed 160 x 200 cm (and a heater available for a child), as well as a shower room.

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 m, the 180° view from the terrace of the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Birds of prey and other birds can be seen there frequently, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The chalet is not suitable for children or babies.
