We stayed at the property with our three children and grandparents (7 people) during the semester break. In terms of size, it was sufficient for us. We especially liked the conservatory. We will be happy to come back! 😊

Spacious apartment, good beds, with small balcony overlooking the lake. Small fridge and coffee machine available. Fitness/ and spa area with indoor and outdoor pool were included. Breakfast and restaurant in the house are recommended. Great location right on the lake with direct access to swimming, with bar and waterfront food - and ideally oriented to the sundowner. Beautifull views and big plus of Schladming summer cards that were included to the reservation. With those cards you have free or reduced entry to multiple places. Lots to do for childs and adults. Own spa was a great bonus, especially when we were able to be there as a family without anybody else.

We had a brilliant time in the hut, including our malamute dog! Beautiful and quiet location, right next to the slops and hiking routes. Weather was challenging during our stay, but even on those days when we could not reach the hut by car, there is a well organized system in place for parking right at the bottom of the small hut village. The apartment itself is very cosy and well equipped. Alexander is a great host, responsive, helpful and attentive. Communication and check in was easy and straightforward. Angelika is a lovely host, which was appreciated by our children. We were able to move freely on the farm, on the playground and among the animals. Everything was seamless and welcoming, nothing was a problem.
