We offer a comfortable 100m² duplex villa with a private pool and courtyard, equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for couples, family or friends looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet rustic area, but at the same time only a ten-minute drive to the Old Town of Kotor. The apartment offers a beautiful view of our bay.

This completely new studio apartment was made in july 2017 and have everything guests may need for a perfect vacation.The location is great.The apartment is just 10 min slow walking from the Old Town of Kotor and just 2 min walking from the sea.There is a private parking in front and a private pool for guests Wi fi is strong and guests can drink wine on a beautiful private terrace in front of the apartment.
