This comfortable 75m² one bedroom apartment is brand new and modern, spacious and sunny with amazing sea and mountain views, as well as a private jacuzzi on the terrace. The apartment is located on the roof top of the villa. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for couples, family or friends looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet rustic area, but at the same time only a ten-minute drive to the Old Town of Kotor. The apartment offers a beautiful view of our bay.

Kotor and Perast are only 10 minutes away by car. Boka Heights is a well maintained complex. The residence is ideal for a family holiday or couples retreat.

D&S studio with swimming pool on the property is located 1.9km from historic old town. Building is constructed on sunny and quiet side of the bay. There is private balcony ,free wifi and parking on property. Studio is on 2nd floor. The pool is available from 1st of may to 10th of october. The apartment is close to the old town and the promenade with a restaurants, swimming area and in a place far from crowd and noise of the cars.
