Holiday rentals with breakfast in Muntinlupa City

Firstly, Giboy was very responsive and very friendly. He already laid out all the house rules, proper directions to the place, and other important details. Secondly, checkin communications with Louise was also helpful. Upon arrival to the place, we are very grateful to kuya Jaime, he was very friendly and hospitable. During our stay, he was very helpful and accommodating. Overall, we were able to celebrate my daughter's birthday happily. Highly recommended place. Thank you Giboy, Louise and Kuya Jaime! Little Ajumma’s Bed and Breakfast (and restaurant!) made my family’s New Year Celebration, and my Birthday 🥰 a weekend very well spent! I’ll go ahead and commend the food, first and foremost, because it was really delicious! Our two-day breakfasts were great, and my birthday lunch was a hit! ☺️ Manage your expectations though, the place is not really brand new, but you can be assured it is clean. 👌🏻 No foul smells, no insects. The L-shaped sofa is comfy and perfect for movie marathons and the 8-seater dining set is big enough even for 10! The open plan living-dining-kitchen area is spacious. My 2-y/o niece had a blast running around inside the house. 😅 You get your money’s worth and more! More being the lush greenery of the surroundings. We had short but refreshing morning walks around the compound. If you are a dog person you’ll enjoy it here more! ☺️ The staff were wonderful as well! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn’t get all their names but special mention to Myla for being of assistance 24/7! Overall a nice experience, great way to kick off 2022! 🥳🎉

I must say that Balay Pahuwai far exceeded my expectations. The home is exquisite! The furnishings and decorations are well appointed. The grounds were immaculate. The table settings are beautiful. Fresh mums throughout the home were so welcoming, as were the books and room decor. This is no ordinary Airbnb. This is a loved home that the hosts share with guests. When we arrived, Manilyn and Rochelle greeted us at the gate. They assisted with our luggage as well. They were ready to help with the ring of a bell and were extremely prompt and efficient. The dinner that I ordered for our family reunion was so very delicious and portions were large enough for everyone to enjoy and take home before they travelled home. Our daily breakfasts were as delicious as our dinner, also served in large portions for us to enjoy. I must say that I’ve never felt so pampered in my entire life. For me, this was better than any 5-star hotel. Thank you, Balay Pahuwai, for an unforgettable stay.

The host was super accommodating and quick to respond. Madam and her family were so kind—I celebrated my 29th birthday there, and they surprised me with a birthday banner and mais con yelo! I didn’t expect it at all, and it really touched me. Thank you so much! Highly recommended—aside from being very clean, the place is absolutely beautiful, perfect for vlogging and photoshoots. One of the best stays ever!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb The Olive Tree Villa and I can't recommend it enough! Nestled in a serene location surrounded by nature, the setting was absolutely breathtaking with a cold air and really a baguio like place just 2 hours from the metro. The peaceful ambiance made it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The host ms. Pam and his husband were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and provided us with thoughtful local recommendations. They were always available to answer any questions and made us feel right at home. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a tranquil escape with wonderful hosts, this is the place to be! I can't wait to come back!

The staff is very nice and friendly, this place really is like a hidden gem. In a very busy neighborhood it feel like a little island hidden away. It is not a 5 star hotel and you should not expect that when booking the place. But it is clean, you get a decent kitchen and a decent tv. It is also very spacious it feels like a small 1 bedroom apartment. I truly enjoyed my stay there, also if you are a digital nomad like me the internet is very decent.

We had a truly memorable stay—it was our 1st time experiencing a camper van, & it definitely felt like a home away from home. I even woke up thinking I was in my own room! The camper was exactly as described: very clean, presentable, & thoughtfully maintained. You can really see how Sir Cedric & his son, Sir Jom, care for their place with love & passion. Their hospitality was exceptional—they were hands-on, warm, & made us feel like part of their family. It’s rare to meet hosts who are so welcoming & genuinely attentive. We felt so well taken care of, & they went beyond our expectations in every way. They provided all the information we needed & more. Their staff were also very friendly & helpful, & we appreciated the affordable & delicious food at their restaurant. I even got to meet their friendly dogs, who were just as warm as their owners. Hats off to Sir Cedric & Sir Jom for providing excellent service & creating such a wonderful sanctuary for their guest. Will definitely go back

A cozy and stylish place. We loved the interior, and it was clean, comfortable, and the perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

The most generous and personable hosts. The farm is their home, and they generously share it with guests taking “mi casa es su casa” quite literally. We stayed with our toddler, Doberman, and driver. We occupied both guest houses and really enjoyed the retreat into nature. Tagaytay weather was incredible, and if it got a little hot during the afternoon a strong working AC in the rooms was a quick solution. The WiFi connection was great, and we enjoyed having Netflix and YouTube during the times our toddler needed a little break from all the farm action. The accommodations themselves didn’t have en-suite bathrooms but they were just a few steps away and we were given our own private bathrooms where we were able to keep our things. They were extremely clean and spotless, and shower tiles were toddler safe. Food was delicious and fresh, and they offered a relaxing massage service. Be sure to ask about their healthy products that they sell- we came home with a few! 10 star stay!

Beautiful and amazing views of Taal. Staff was lovely and very helpful l, I definitely recommend staying at this property especially for the view and for a nice escape from the digital world... Very peaceful and relaxing, will definitely stay here again, with my family for my next visit in Tagaytay. Thank you to all the staff for being such wonderful people ❤️

The place is perfect for relaxation and peace and quiet away from the city. As in most reviews, Sir Jay is the star of the place so expect that he will take care of your needs. Love the merienda and home-made fruit juice. If anything, there's a bit of a limitation in terms of food choices due to the location but you can always avail of the in-house lunch or dinner (breakfast comes free) which is very tasty, healthy and served in big proportions. I also like the play room with a table tennis offering a great view of the landscape. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a memorable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this AirBnB. The pool was clean and the beds were comfy. It was quiet at the place. We checked in late and the property owner was generous enough to allow us to extend our stay for couple of hours with no additional charge. The care takers, (Rebecca and her husband), were accommodating too. They stayed up late and waited for us to return to the property after dinner. The only downside going here is the rough road that takes about 3 min drive. Some of the plants that cover the domes are dried up, and wilted due to the scorching summer heat - which was expected. Overall, it was a nice stay. I’d recommend and go back to this place for some quiet moments again. :)
