The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Outside, the sauna invites you to relax and from April to the end of October you can relax in the outdoor spa pool. The bathroom with shower is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there is a single bed, which can be retracted. On the small gallery there is a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

Es gibt eine Garten-Sauna, am Haus, in der 3 Leute liegen können. Vor der Sauna steht eine Feuerschale. Kosten: 10 Euro pro Stunde für die Sauna. Bitte die Saunanutzung anmelden, da ich eine kurze Einweisung geben muss. Es kann gegrillt werden, ein Grill steht bereit.
