The Möhnesee, popular destination for anglers, hikers, golfers, cyclists, sailors, surfers and stand up paddlers. In the surrounding area there is a boat rental, panoramic tower and a large leisure facility with mini golf, skating area.

The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park.
