We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

The "Reitsportzentrum Riesenbeck International" and Surenburg Castle are only 3 km away.

It is within walking distance of the promenade, train station, inner and old town (~2-3 min). In the apartment you will find large box spring beds with very good mattresses, free Wi-Fi and a 55-inch Sony smart TV. Air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer are also available.

The U-Bahn and S-Bahn as well as cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. I live in the neighboring house, so my address is stored as a contact.
