Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

I was here last year with my wife. traveling with my daughter this year because Riccardo's place is awesome. Close to the airport. He's very attentive and helpful. His place is just as described on the airbnb platform. Very clean. Always a pleasure. I highly recommend Riccardo's place.

It was perfectly located for our stay and met and exceeded our expectations. Parking was also very easy. Lovely view of the beachfront as well as close proximity to station and therefor allowed good access to Rome. With Thanks!

Finishing up my stay in Tuscany, I just needed a place to sleep near FCO due to an early flight. Catarina provided plenty of communication, with clear instructions and made the entire process easy. Although my stay was short, it provided what I needed to get some rest after a day full of train rides - a spacious bed and a quiet environment. From what I saw, the space was cozy with a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful deck. Note, the unit is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator that takes you up to the 4th. In terms of location, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The bus stop to the airport is very close and is a short ride. In terms of getting to the Airbnb, I was able to take the Sitbusshuttle from Rome Termini, which dropped me off a few blocks away - 15 min walk

Luciana molto disponibile, alloggio pulito, completo, con presenza di essenziali. A 5 minuti dalla metro e dal mare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliato.

The stay was great. Especially the location is amazing. Directly on the beach and still so easy to drive with the train to rome. The apartment was pretty clean and in good condition. Just important to know. the bed has a very soft mattress, we sleep better on a harder matrass. But that is for sure a personal preference The communication was amazing and Camilla was very caring. So we definitely felt very good at her place. Thanks so much for that

Great stay overall. Claudio picked us up from the airport and back for a reasonable price. No problems at all. Great guy and friendly. Would have no problem coming back here again!

Andrea fait au mieux pour que tout se passe bien. tres appréciable etpratique le prêt de parasol et de drap de plage. attention aux moustiques mais cela Andrea n'y peut rien. très bonne semaine

Federica was an amazing host! She went above and beyond by allowing us to check in at 10 AM, which was incredibly generous and made our travel day so much easier. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for our needs and just minutes from the airport. L'appartamento che offre Andrea è accogliente, rilassante e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Andrea è molto accogliente, permette di usare camino e barbeque ed è sempre a disposizione per chiarimenti e consigli. Bellissima esperienza.

Perfect spot to relax at the beach for a couple of days before our flight home.

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

Handige plek om Rome te bezoeken en fijn om direct vanaf het huis naar het strand te lopen en te genieten van de mooie zonsondergang. Daniela is erg vriendelijk, communiceert snel en laat je direct thuisvoelen in het huis.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Wir waren mit allem super zufrieden und haben uns in Manuels Wohnung direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es ist eine große, helle Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man direkt am Meer. Vielen Dank für die immer freundliche Kommunikation Manuel. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Our stay was short but absolutely wonderful. We cannot recommend Stefano and his air bnb any higher. Everything was PERFECT and he went above and beyond for us…… including organising two separate taxis for us when we got duped by a scamming company. His place is pristine yet welcoming. This place is a gem. We unfortunately didn't have enough time in Ostia, but we had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Federico's sister helped us get settled in person...really nice. There are wonderful restaurants. Getting to the airport was much easier than it would have been from Rome as well.

Great location! Beautiful home to stay in. Lots of restaurants in the area and local market to grab necessities. Outdoor area is amazing to catch the sunset! Heat/AC work well. I will be back as I am a frequent flyer out of Fiumicino, so close 7.9km away! Parking was great also for our rental car!

Fabio is an amazing and helful host. The location is perfect if you want peace and chill-out time but the centre of Rome an easy 40 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, stylish and well appointed. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the lovely, large terrace. Everything you need is within a 15 minute stroll. This is great for a relaxed holiday with a chilled out vibe but with lots of options if you are feelung energetic.
