Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Great accommodation, clean, with accessories, but difficult to access. For those using public transport, I suggest checking it out. For those who are by car, I highly recommend

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

We stayed two nights in Adriano's apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment and the amenities were as described. The location is good, the classic sights are within walking distance. The Travestere district and the Tiber are only 3 minutes away. Due to the proximity to the "scene district", however, it was (only) a little louder on Saturday evening / night. You just can't have both😉. Adriano was easily accessible and check-in and access to the apartment/house worked well. Had a lovely time!

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, immediately making themselves very helpful. The place exactly matches the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both human and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will be very happy to stay at Villa Bovari!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Lovely garden, spacious rooms, excellent location for visiting Rome using the Metro and great for visiting nearby places (Tivoli, Ostia Antica, Frascati) by car. Very convenient for supermarket.

The villa is as described and the exteriors are even more beautiful. The area under the canopy overlooking the hot tub is very pleasant. We also took advantage of the barbecue, appreciating its equipment. We will be happy to return soon

strategic location for getting to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, the check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I'd choose it again!

Flavio was a great host and was always available for any questions/concerns that I had. The property is beautiful and the apartment was incredible! Would recommend to anyone!!

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

We were greeted by an exquisite person who made us feel immediately comfortable, also the apartment was tidy, clean and welcoming,... nothing to complain about. Gianni

We were really very friendly received, everything was super explained the apartment is very nicely decorated as in the pictures, Netflix etc. also works without problems. We had a nice welcome basket with a lunch (pasta & arrabiatasauce) and other treats and a bottle of water, so you don't necessarily have to go shopping right away. And the apartment is very close to the beach, you can see and hear the sea from the balcony. Simply enchanting!! Many thanks to Maria Christina and Francesco, we felt at home. And we will definitely come back!!

Fantastic and super friendly host. Excellent location near the airport including an airport shuttle service a few feet away (which was told to me by the host 🤩). Gorgeous, modern minimalistic design (my fav) with an incredibly chill and relaxing balcony. You may hear some airplanes, but that is expected as you are right near the airport. Incredible place and fantastic rate.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and sunny apartment in Ostia, Rome. The space is well-equipped with everything you need and has a warm, welcoming feel. With three balconies, there’s plenty of natural light and space to relax. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around. There are also several cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, which added to the convenience. It’s a perfect spot if you want to experience the city like a local. The area is peaceful and calm, though we did occasionally hear a neighbour’s dog barking in the evenings — a minor issue in an otherwise wonderful stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable and authentic experience!
