URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

This beautiful and well-equipped apartment with free parking in front of our house with garden offers plenty of space and is located in a very safe, green and quiet residential area, only 10 minutes' walk to the Danube Island and also the Vienna city centre is relatively quick and easy to reach. The bus station is located just steps away from the house. By car, depending on traffic, you can reach the numerous Viennese sights in about 15-30 minutes.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In our single-family house in a quiet location, we offer our attic apartment for rent. You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.

Welcome to our modern new house on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. Extra bed, stroller and child seat available on request. We are happy to organize airport transfers or tour guides to make your stay more comfortable. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city!
