I am powerless over the midwest rail-schedules. It is fair to let would-be guests know. There are 2 assigned outdoor parking-spaces.

The Milton Manor/ near BSU/Minnitrista

The Milton house is very close to everything! Ball State, the Hospital , shopping, restaurants and much more. You have access to your own private fenced in back yard . Relax on the deck while grilling out and enjoying time in the hot tub. Great place for family and friends to hang out . Big deck on the front. Huge concrete driveway you could play corn hole on or other games. Sleeps 12 total in 4 beds one futon and one pull out couch. Over 10 guests is an additional 20.00 charge per person.

Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You will have a great time staying in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, wheel chair accessible bathroom apartment. We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.
