Guests have access to the entire place. A fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, smart TV, full use of washer/dryer units, and AC in each room. There is a large patio outside with a barbeque grill, and a spacious private yard with parking. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a private restroom, and storage for clothing. The cozy guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe closet with a mirror, and a nightstand with a lamp. The living room is set to chill with a Smart TV, Netflix, and YouTube.

This spacious 2,000 sq. ft. villa offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and our 200-ft pier from a large private veranda. It features a full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, plus central AC, TV, internet, and washer/dryer. Both bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms for added comfort. Just a few steps to the pool & beach to swim or kayak - or go out your backdoor & take our free canoe with electric motor & tour the beautiful Sittee River - or have a massage at the end of the dock. Where else can you do all these things? Kayaks & Bicycles are provided. Small things can make your vacation special. My fiancée & I try to provide extras that you don't get anywhere else. This is our favorite house. It is where we stay when we are in Belize.
