This cosy and comfortable caravan sits permanently under shelter with an outdoor paved area. Relatively private (15 metres from the main house's outbuildings) it's surrounded by trees, gardens and rural landscapes. Interior of this retro 1980s van has been lovingly decorated with sumptuous red velvet soft furnishings and non toxic, eco paint. Basic but functional small kitchen. Comfy double bed located behind a partitioned concertina door Lounge area can convert to bunk beds for 2 kids.

Balingup Retreat is in the centre of town and has just been renovated. It has a large veranda that wraps around the house which is ideal to watch the sunset. It has four bedrooms, and it can sleep 6 people. It has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. It is only 50 metres from a small supermarket, two local cafes and only 5 kms from Golden Valley Tree Park and it has incredible walks surrounding the house. No pets as there are baits in the area.Linen and towels are provided.
