This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

You reach the airport Cologne/ Bonn in 20 minutes. Supermarket at the corner, bakeries, restaurants, parc and the Rhine are easily accessible on foot. The apartments offer a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedrooms give on to the backyard, where you find a beautiful garden. The kitchen provides all the necessary to cook and feel at home.

15 m² living-bedroom on the 1st floor, for 1-2 people with separate toilet on the same floor and separate shower on the 2nd floor, all three rooms are accessible via the staircase of the apartment building. Located on the main street. About 200 m walk to the Vischeringstraße bus & train stop, the A3/A4 motorway is very close. By tram, you need about 11 minutes to the Cologne trade fair, to the main train station and the city about 24 minutes and to Cologne/Bonn Airport about 35 minutes.

Cologne, 2 room apartment

The apartment is quiet, located in green surroundings with a fast S-Bahn connection to the city center/cathedral (about 15 minutes) or to the trade fair/Deutz. The highway (A3) is also only about 10 minutes away. The non-smoking apartment is located in the attic, is bright and friendly and consists of a living/sleeping room with fully equipped open kitchen and spacious dining area, a separate bedroom (box spring bed) and a shower room. The apartment can accommodate 4 people.

Overnight stay in a caravan (suitable for winter)

Since we only go on vacation with our caravan twice a year and it is otherwise only in front of our garage, we now offer overnight accommodation options on a daily basis. By tram and S-Bahn direct connection to Cologne Messe in 15-17 minutes. Electricity, water, toilet and a shower are available. If you want to take a long shower, you can also shower in our apartment. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located accommodation. The small cozy house is very close to the exhibition center (one stop with the S Bahn). S-Bahn, tram and all everyday shops, such as bakers, butchers, pharmacies and supermarkets are within walking distance. A double bed, 160 x 200 and a comfortable sofa bed with mattress, 160 x 200 are available. There are also free parking facilities in the immediate vicinity. Towels and bed linen are also provided.
