Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Mulberry River

A quiet, comfy cozy spot to land for a few days…wish we could have sat out on the covered patio more, but it was raining and damp so our outdoor time was limited. The sofa and bed were comfortable. And we appreciated our host’s restaurant recommendations, which we put to use for dinner and breakfast.

Perfect spot to stay! Right in the neighborhood I grew up in. Great house. Clean. Wonderful fire pit.

Fresh and clean place. Included all the things a regular house would need, so we did not have to worry about toilet tissue, bath towels, or coffee cups and spoons! The beds were very comfy and cozy, the air conditioning worked very well, and the coffee machine was fun to play with and figure out- lol

This was such a peaceful and relaxing stay in an Idealic setting away from it all. I really enjoyed meeting Sharon and she was a very communicative host. The place was very clean and sweetly decorated. If you are looking for a place that really showcases the pastoral beauty of Arkansas, this is the spot.

Alumni visiting for a baseball game! Was super close to Baum Stadium which was awesome. We got to bring our dog and the backyard was nice and fenced! Very clean and had plenty of amenities and snacks/coffees! The only negative was that the house is on a busy road and can be a little loud with traffic. Overall great place!

We loved the grandma style in the house! It made it feel like home and very comforting. The beds were so comfy and the hot tub was AMAZING! The host is very sweet and helped us get things we left behind.

The house was great! It was all we expected, and bigger than imagined. We went with a smaller group on this trip, but this would work great with a larger group as well. Plenty of room in the house, the large covered back porch, and lot's of parking for our trucks, trailers and UTVs. Nathan was an excellent Host, very responsive with information and great to work with. We were able to meet Chuck, Nathan's Father, while we were there and he was a true gentleman and very friendly. We will FOR SURE be requesting to stay here again on our future riding trips to the Ozark area. Thank you for everything Nathan!!

Beth's place was so easy to check in and close to hiking trails. The space was clean and had everything you needed. She's very responsive when messaging as well. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

Great host and place!!

My best friend and I stayed here for our frien-iversary. When we saw the photos and looked at everything Chris was offering, I realized I didn't care if it was over my budget. Of course, i started to doubt myself and wonder if the pictures just looked better and felt anxious. All of that was immediately swept away after stepping foot inside. It feels like home but in a more upgraded, fancy way. Lots of little thoughtful touches and extras were there. We specifically wanted to use the hot tub, unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we ended up using the bathtub upstairs in our swimsuits and still got the same type of relaxing experience of both of us comfortably fitting inside and talking right before bed. In the downstairs bathroom, the vanity area was so fun to get ready in front of together. The dressing room had perfect lighting for pictures. Any time we needed something, and couldn't find it, the host would quickly being it by. Just really blown away. Amazing remodel.

The treehouse was as described. The setting was comfortable. There was a really nice elevated deck and also a covered picnic table. There was a pristine BBQ grill. The description was clear that there was no wifi. As long as you know that ahead of time you will be fine staying here.

A lovely house tucked away in the woods. We had a very enjoyable stay and found the property to be perfect for our group of four. Communication and responsiveness by the hosts was perfect. We would definitely come again! Thanks!

This home was beautiful! Very spacious. Perfect size for a big families/friend groups. Full of everything we needed. The pool and hot-tub were our favorite parts of the house. Pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. Pamela was amazing! She was very communicative and responsive. She responded very quickly and nicely, which we appreciated. I definitely recommend this home!!

I love stating there!!! It is always clean and well stocked with snacks and beverages. Bart is very good with communication. I will continue to stay there when I am in Fayetteville.

My wife and I had the pleasure to meet Susan and her husband Ronnie. They both were really nice host and gave lots of good advice on where to ride side by sides and great restaurants to get a meal. We loved their cabins and location and definitely will be returning in the future.

The home was immaculate and comfortable. Sara quickly responded to any questions regarding the home and the distance to a family wedding venue. Great place to stay and convenient to downtown areas.

Great home, super clean, stocked with everything we needed. Were traveling for work and gone all day but there’s lots of games to play if you spend more time there and the master bed is extremely comfortable

Easy to get to, the only negative point was the stairs. They are sturdy and stable just narrow and steep but overall we had a great experience and loved the swing in the back yard

Very clean place and was as advertised. My friend and I are very active, so we enjoyed having the tennis/basketball court to play on. We also enjoyed seeing the deer in the back yard. Very reasonably priced for what we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would be glad to stay again.

The space is clean, quiet, safe, and had everything I needed for a long stay. A few issues did arise which wasn’t ideal however Joyce was always helpful and would quickly resolve the issues. Overall was a nice stay.

What a cute studio apartment! Everything was super clean, and looked like the pics! Even enjoyed the electric fireplace. Host was super sweet and accommodating!

Second time staying here and probably won’t be the last. Fantastic price for one night and area that matched the pictures to a tee. Hosts were always responsive and I didn’t have to wait long for a response, if I even had to wait at all. Shower had great pressure and made you not even want to get out. The bed nestled right in the middle of the room in front of a tv so you can watch all of your favorite shows. Definitely worth the trip.
