Thanks to Khoi for hosting my family trip. It was an amazingly comfortable house with a big living room, my little daughter can walk around the house easily. There are two swimming pools inside the area that my kids can enjoy. Khoi always supports me when I contact him, he recommends the local restaurant for dinner that is incredibly good. I will come back next time.

Lovely villa in a lovely area just outside of the city. Great holiday location.

Chỗ ở phải nói là quá tuyệt vời luôn! ❤️ Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ, mọi thứ đều rất chỉnh chu. Nhưng mà ấn tượng nhất vẫn là chủ nhà, vừa tốt bụng vừa nhiệt tình hết sức! Bất cứ lúc nào có gì cần, từ chuyện di chuyển đến chỗ ăn chơi, anh chị đều sẵn sàng hỗ trợ, giúp đỡ, chỉ dẫn tận tình. Thậm chí còn cho tụi mình đi nhờ xe nữa chứ, quá là chu đáo luôn! Ở đây đúng kiểu không chỉ thuê một chỗ nghỉ, mà còn được cảm nhận sự hiếu khách và ấm áp như ở nhà. Phan Thiết đẹp đã đành, mà con người nơi đây cũng quá dễ thương! 🥰

This house meets my expectations for a vacation spot. Clean, convenient, private, and comfortable. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic. The house is very cute, we had a BBQ in the evening, and we had memorable experiences here. I think I will choose to stay in this house again when I come back

Pretty close to sand dunes. We came a little early so the rooms were not as clean as we wanted. The bathrooms are separate and not in room. Host offer scooter rentals and other options. Overall great value. Good for big parties.

Have an amazing and memorable experience staying in Thuy’s home. Quan’s support in check in, check out and during the stay made the trip perfect for us. You can go straight to the beach to swim whenever you would like to and have seafood barbecue right at the home with all needed kitchen supplies. There are also many famous coffee shops within walking distance. Highly recommend for a big group of friends coming to Phan Thiet.

The place was beautiful and very unique! Everyone loved the beds and felt very comfortable :) We enjoyed staying at Jun and Thiên’s place, and can only recommend it for big groups! We were a friend group of 8 and had lots of fun there! You can enjoy playing cards outside at night without being bothered by mosquitos — which was surprising since we were surrounded by a beautiful garden! It was a nice walk to the beach and we were met with a more private spot, as it was far from the tourist places :D Still if you enjoy going to the beach clubs, it is just 10mins away by car :) Thiên was an awesome host! He replied super fast and we were always met with kindness — he also recommended us local spots and was always ready to help! As for towels, they have it! Just note that the bathroom is separate from the house and some small visitors — aka lizards — were seen upon arrival but were gone quickly so no worries :) Overall if you enjoy a more chill and private surrounding — this is perfect!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the home was spotless. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Every detail was taken care of, and their hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Five stars!

I liked the house, it was spacious and the apartment was worth the money. Good Wi-Fi, if that's important to someone. Nice owner of the apartment and his wife. It was nice to talk to them. I'll come back here again.

Nhà đẹp, sạch sẽ, đặc là mình ấn tượng với bàn bi-a với sân vườn, rất phụ hợp để đi chơi hội nhóm với nhau. Chủ nhà cũng giúp đỡ rất nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Nếu có dịp thì mình chắc chắn sẽ đặt lại. Nói chung là trải nghiệm tuyệt vời :)))

Nơi tuyệt vời để nghỉ dưỡng cùng gia đình. Căn hộ rất đẹp và giống hình. Chủ nhà hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Sẽ quay lại lần sau

Anh chủ nhà rất tận tâm và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ check in sớm. Quy định là 14h mới nhận phòng nhưng hôm ấy tôi đến lúc 6h sáng và đã được check in ngay lập tức ( nhà không có khách đang thuê). Nhà mới xây cực kỳ sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Cô dọn dẹp nhà rất dễ thương, cẩn thận và chu đáo có tâm. Khi tôi có vấn đề bất ngờ xảy ra, chủ nhà lập tức có ngay phương án hỗ trợ giải quyết rất nhanh chóng và hiệu quả. Không gian home thoải mái ấm cúng và mát mẻ. 3 phòng 2 toilet - gồm 2 phòng lớn và 1 phòng siêu lớn (sẵn toilet trong phòng) và 1 toilet bên ngoài. Giờ giấc thoải mái, hàng xóm quá dễ thương và nhiệt tình. An ninh rất tốt. Để xe hơi ngoài đường lớn thoải mái có camera và bác tổ trưởng vui tính trông. Giá cả hợp lý, ngay trung tâm. Nói chung chuyến du lịch các thành viên gia đình rất hài lòng với homestay, không có gì để chê. À có điều xin góp ý chân thành với anh chủ là anh ơi có gì mua thêm gương hay cái bàn trang điểm trong phòng nữa là hết sẩy con bà bẩy nghen. Tóm lại tuyệt vời!

I only stayed here for one night, but honestly, I loved it and was sad to leave so soon! The apartment was spotless, with a minimalist yet cozy and charming decor — it immediately gave me that “I could totally live here” kind of feeling. It had everything I needed, from a hair dryer and iron to a cute little kitchen that was fully equipped. If you're traveling with family and enjoy cooking at home, you’ll definitely love this space. Big plus: the host was incredibly easygoing and friendly, super quick to respond and helpful with everything. And the best part? I was allowed to bring along my dogs – such a rare find for a pet-friendly place that’s also this welcoming! The location is near the beach, and the surrounding area is really clean and beautifully maintained — perfect for a relaxing morning or sunset stroll. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a comfy, well-equipped place with that "home away from home" vibe. Highly recommend!
