Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal. COMFORTABLE APARTMENT in a HISTORIC BUILDING Approximately 60 m² apartment in the old town of Steiner - ideal location for visiting the Krems Art Mile, as well as for a trip by excursion boat through the Wachau World Heritage Site. The city center of Krems and the Danube University are within walking distance. A 60 m² apartment in the Steiner Old Town next to the Kunstmeile as well as to the pier for the tourist boats to the Wachau. Guesthouse in the Meierhof

The Guesthouse is situated in the Meierhof, an auxiliary building next to the castle. The castle park and gardens are adjacent to the Meierhof and are open to the public. There are two tenniscourts in Mühlbach, where we can reserve slots for you in advance. There are many leisurely hikes in our area and Kamptal, Wachau, Waldviertel and Weinviertel with beautiful old town centers (Krems, Strass, Hadersdorf, Eggenburg, ...), popular wineries and wine taverns are easily accessible by bike or car.

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Beautiful, spacious apartment at the winery in Rossatz in the Wachau. Idyllic location, surrounded by vineyards. The apartment is located directly on the Danube Cycle Path, making it the perfect starting point for a bike ride along the Danube, leisurely walks, hikes along the World Heritage Trail and much more. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. Ideal for families, two adults & two children! Dog-friendly :-)

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

The property is located in the basement of my private house. You have your own entrance and privacy is of great importance. Free parking is available just a 2-minute walk from the property.
