Holiday rentals with a patio in Muggia

Apartma je zelo prostoren, lepo urejen in cist. Super terasa dostopna iz sobe in dnevne sobe/kuhinje…celi dan obsijana s soncem. Mirjam in Dimitrji sta zelo ustrezljiva in hitro odzivna.

Una delle migliori abitazioni visitate fin'ora, il locale sull'altura di una collinetta a picco sulla stupenda spiaggia di Portorose. Il parcheggio comodamente disposto sotto l'abitazione, salite le scale si presenta una terrazza poi l'entrata. Nella casa c'è tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe aver bisogno e una vista mozzafiato incredibile dal piccolo terrazzo. L'host sempre moltissimo reattiva, disponibile, organizzata e gentile. Consigliamo la visita e speriamo di poterci tornare il prima possibile.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus von Ana. Sie war immer gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unsere Ruhe auf der kleinen überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume im Garten genießen. Dank Klimaanlage konnte man sich bei den heißen Temperaturen drinnen sehr gut zurückziehen. Die Lage war für uns super. Innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto war man am Hundestrand und in der Stadt, wo es viele gute Restaurants gibt.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen aber alles gut erreichbar, auch mit Rad. Die Gastgeberin und auch die Vermieterin waren jederzeit erreichbar und sind supernett. jederzeit wieder. Danke

Schon beim Betreten der Unterkunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen, herzlich begrüßt und die Wohnung wurde uns in Ruhe gezeigt. Alles war blitzsauber, sehr gepflegt und genauso wie beschrieben. Der gesamte Ablauf war absolut unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Very beautiful house with sea view, specious, complementary parking, very professionally managed. Host is flexible to give early check in as it was available and came to meet us. Cleaning is as you can expect, full kitchen and nice feel when you are at house. Only challenge is to go and come back from central as it is steep up/ downhill so if you are not willing to walk take care. I am my family enjoyed this place will definitely recommend.

This apartment and the hosts are a true gem! The location is incredibly convenient and Tamara and her husband are some of the most welcoming hosts we ever had. The apartment is very comfortable and is like a mini wellness in its own, a perfect peaceful oasis to rest in after a day of exploring the amazing sights nearby. Our hosts even went over the top, providing us with breakfast croissants and fruit every morning, and offering their delicious home-made grappa and sausages with cheese and bread when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again if we are visiting the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Slovenia, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was a couple minute drive from the pretty main square in Sezana. We used this Airbnb as a base to visit Piran, Venice, Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle. The apartment itself was cozy and inviting, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made our time there even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a slight language barrier but it was no problem. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Kraz region and nearby attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Slovenia!

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir hatten Glück und konnten trotz unserer Spontanität dieses wunderschöne Haus mitsamt idyllischem Garten und tollen Freizeitausstattungen (Badminton, Tischtennis, Fahrräder etc.) buchen und genießen. Die Gastgeberin antwortet sehr schnell und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war toll 😊 Neben der gemütlichen Atmosphäre ist auch die Lage hervorragend - Restaurants, Wanderwege, Ausflugsziele wie Hum, Kotli, Buzet, Motovun und Groznjan sind sehr gut erreichbar. Auch für Tagesausflüge ans Meer oder einen Besuch im Ucka Nationalparkt liegt das Haus perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, am besten wenn es auch warm genug ist um den schönen Pool zu benutzen. Danke für alles! 🌼

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage. Wir waren mit drei Familien da -dafür ist es die perfekte Unterkunft. Wir konnten jeden Morgen und Abend ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse gemeinsam essen. Viele Schlafzimmer mit Bädern , so dass das auch mit den vielen Menschen und Kindern ganz einfach war. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit Francesco. Ca 20-30 min von sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Kleine Wanderung nach Groznjan direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen ! Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Die Kombination von einem unglaublich schönen Ausblick, perfekter Unterkunft (hochwertige Einrichtung, Zimmeraufteilung, Lage, Pool) und sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern, hat uns wunderschöne Urlaubstage (trotz etwas Regen) beschert. Vielen Dank Ivan und Petra!!

Z nastanitvijo smo bili zelo zadovoljni. Apartma je lepo urejen in ponuja vse, kar potrebujete za udoben oddih. Lokacija je mirna in omogoča sprostitev, Poreč pa je čudovit tudi pozimi. Renata je izjemno prijazna in ustrežljiva gostiteljica, ki je vedno na voljo in poskrbi, da se gostje počutijo res dobrodošle. Poleg tega nas je razveselila še z izvrstnim domačim olivnim oljem ter kivijem. Toplo priporočamo.

Apartment Vita je bilo izredno čisto in prostorno. Veliko boljše kot v opisu in na slikah. Je zelo dobro opremljeno in je ponujalo vse in še več kot smo potrebovali. Gostitelj je bil komunikativen in hitro odziven. Definitivno ena najboljših Airbnb izkušenj kar smo jih imeli. Z veseljem bi vsem priporočili in zagotovo se bomo še vrnili.

wir hatten 10 wunderbaren Tage in Andrej's Wohnung. die Terrasse ist ein Traum um zu Frühstücken oder am Abend noch zu lesen etc. die Umgebung war bei uns sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung hat ein sehr klug ausgedachte und gestaltetes Raumkonzept in dem wir uns schnell sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt haben. Andrej hat uns bei allen Fragen sehr schnell geholfen. die Anfahrt war für uns mit dem Auto zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kein Problem, da wir ein sehr kleines Auto haben. wenn man noch einen Kinderwagen braucht ist ein kleines leichtes Modell praktischer, da die Stufen recht eng sind um einen kinderwagen in die Wohnung zu tragen. wir haben den Aufenthalt im ganzen sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

L'appartamento e' come viene descritto nella scheda. C'e' tutto quello che serve per la vacanza. La cucina e' piccola ma ha tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ottime anche le dotazioni presenti incluse le cialde per il caffe'. Letto comodo, un po' piccoli i cuscini, ma se come noi ti porti quelli da casa il problema non si pone! Noi abbiamo soggiornato in inverno e le coperte erano insufficienti per poter dormire al caldo. Abbiamo acquistato una coperta in piu' e cosi' non c'e' stato problema. Consiglio di dotare l'appartamento di una seconda coperta nel caso in cui faccia freddo come in dicembre/gennaio. Ottimo il parcheggio per l'auto, riparato e chiuso sotto il condominio. Gentile l'assitente che ci ha dato le chiavi e spiegato come utilzzare l'accesso al condominio e poi le dotazioni di casa. Nel complesso ottima soluzione per 2 persone.

This was a fantastic rental. Within walking distance of the fortification wall and old town Piran. The rental was immaculate and very well designed. The terrace provided a lovely view of the sea, and it was comfortable during morning coffee and/or evening refreshments. A parking space in Piran is a godsend. We left our rental parked during the two days we were there. The host was responsive, helpful, but never intrusive. The rental was private, but we always knew assistance was nearby. Highly recommend!
