Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

It is a short walk from the sea, and walking among the moored sailboats, and the many clubs and restaurants, you arrive in ten minutes in Piazza Unità. The area is very well served, and you have the option to take the various connections by sea to go to Muggia, Grado, Lignano, Croatia etc.
