It is located on a 7 acre property that backs onto a 50 km Nature Reserve (great for bushwalking or mountain biking) and is separate from the main residence. Wildlife is in abundance, particularly kangaroos and many colourful bird species. Perfect for a quiet getaway or some R&R whilst being within 5 minutes to Mudgee and the many wonderful experiences the region has to offer.
