Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

The Beach House in Southbourne provided us with everything that we needed for a perfect family holiday. The house has a spectacular view of the sea, with SOBO Beach access only metres away. The houses itself provides all of the amenities any family could want to have an enjoyable stay. Bathroom to bedroom ratio, safe suitable parking, a swimming pool,a hot tub with sea views, mini golf, a games room and chill out zone, and much more. The property is ideally situated near local shops,cafes pubs and restaurants. The Beach House is perfectly located for day trips to Swanage, Corfe Castle,Sandbanks,Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding area. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to all of our enquiries. amazing few days at the holiday park weather ok sat on veranda in the sun at what a sun trap it is. holiday home spotless in a lovely quiet part of the park near the gate to the beach 15 min walk. We cooked and everything was there we needed to make a decent meal, the restaurant on the site did takeaway service very good.Great nights sleep on comfortable beds, both bathrooms were fantastic size, plenty of storage, kitchen fitted out brilliantly everything there you need. Will definitely be coming back.

What a spot! I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it. We had a lovely stay. The place is great - spacious, bright, very clean and has everything you need (and more!) Fiona has spared no expense or effort - she has thought of everything. The cherry on top of all of this is how brilliant Fiona is! Great communication and just a warm person. Thank you Fiona!

A gorgeous little getaway for me & my family (wife & 2 boys - 6 & 15 months). Communication was excellent from start to finish & the information pack sent gave us everything we wanted. The stay was homely, comfortable & clean. A lovely hot shower & comfy beds. Decorated very nicely as photos suggested. Hoburne Park was ideal with loads of amenities for all (Heated Indoor pool a favourite with the boys). We were close to take in some lovely spots recommended locally to include crabbing at Mudeford Quay, Steamer Point Nature Reserve & even a beach day in Sandbanks. Travelling from Herts we included a visit to the oceanarium (Bournemouth) & ended the trip with a boat to Moors Valley Park which wasn’t far away at all. Thank you for a super memory. The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

We were a group of 5. Mum age 74. 3 sisters in our 30’s/40’s and a 3 year old. With a 3 year old it needs to be as easy as possible, which it was. The description of how to get there and use the lock box was completely accurate. They offered us a late check in and a late check out. They also left us a bottle of wine, which was kind. I noticed I only had 1 key and not 2 but I think this was because our 3 year old had moved the key before we noticed as we later found it on the couch. I updated the host that we only seemed to have 1 key and they said to let them know when we had checked again and they would rectify if needed. We found the key but they seemed very ready to help with anything needed. Myself and my sister slept in the room with twin beds which seems to be for children as there were toys but we were very comfortable in the beds. There were lots of little things for the toddler like plates and cups, dvds and toys. My mum liked the soap. We had plenty of everything.

Karen and Sue were really helpful with extra things we needed for the baby. Thank you. The park is perfect for both facilities and location to the beach and local shops. The pool was perfect for our little one and the staff were super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We were absolutely delighted to stay at this fabulously equipped and clean caravan. As soon as we arrived, we were taken with how well cared for it was. There were small details thought of, including a little welcome basket with an easter treat and decorations, which delighted the children. We have stayed in many Airbnb's over the years, but what stood out here was the attention to detail, including an extensive portfolio of suggested outings, restaurants and amenities. The park itself was charming, again well maintained. Our only comment with the Hobourne facilities was that the outdoor pool was closed for the majority of our stay, so we feel our leisure pass was not put to full use unfortunately. We also questioned Hobourne's decision for a day of noisy tree cutting during the Easter holiday! But that's nit picking. Would wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb, we certainly will rebook. Myself and my family had a lovely stay. Everything you could possibly need in the van. Lovely welcome gift. We enjoyed the games and puzzles. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

We’ve just enjoyed a stay, very clean , we were a family of 12 , all different ages , plenty of room to enjoy the space , with lovely walks , literally few minutes to the beach. A great time had by all !

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

We stayed here for a weekend to visit Peppa pig world and Bournemouth beach. Short drive to both. Would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was a beautiful and peaceful place to be at the end of the day after a long walk. Clare made us feel welcome with little things such as milk in the fridge, butter and jam, biscuits…etc. It feels very homely, clean and welcoming. As soon as I stepped in I didn’t want to leave the place! Great location too with cafés close by to have breakfast or lunch and places for drinks and dinner. We had the opportunity to check in early and leave later which made our stay longer, which was well appreciated. I would recommend it to friends and family.

We had a fantastic week here. The accommodation is perfect for a family holiday. It has all the amenities you could need and has a lovely, cozy home from home feel and is very clean. It is conveniently situated close to reception and all the amenities the park has to offer yet there is no noise. The amenities are perfect for families with young children and the park is close to so many beautiful beaches and other places of interest in the surrounds. Sue was a very attentive host, very welcoming and personable. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

We were very happy when we arrived. The house was immaculate and was very well equipped. Chris was very accommodating and his communication was excellent which made my life a lot easier and less stressful. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved sitting the garden with a G&T it was so peaceful. Our adult children loved the games room! Location was great and we had plenty to do and see. We loved going to the village green for drinks and fish and chips. A fun long weekend. Highly recommended

Architecturally amazing house, really comfortable and peaceful home to stay in. Gemma was a great host, really responsive and helpfully. The garden is amazing and we spent a lot of time outside with the fire pit, even saw some deer at the bottom of the garden. Highly recommend, especially if you appreciate great design.

We have just returned from a wonderful 9 day break in Barton on Sea, and I couldn't recommend the place highly enough! The house was very clean and had all the amenities that you could possibly want for on holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and the basic layout very comfortable indeed. We found the house without any problems and checking in was straightforward. This was my first time in the area, and I have to point out how very clean I found the whole place. Barton on Sea is immaculately well looked after. I went on several local walks and was amazed at how generally well kept it all was. The local pub, The Housemartin was within an easy 20 minute walk and served very good food and the staff were very helpful and friendly. As it was a holiday we were in there more than once too! All in all, I would rate this as one of the very best properties that I have stayed in over my fairly long time on Airbnb.

Wonderful stay here, thank you. The additions of the hot chocolate station, biscuits and doggy hamper were much appreciated and a lovely touch. Very clean and spacious, easy to find and instructions were clear for access etc. would highly recommend booking.

Just back from a wonderful 4 nights with my daughters and grandchildren. On 3 levels so plenty of room for everyone. Great location and lots to see and do. Holly Cottage is beautiful. We enjoyed 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The cottage is really comfortable and peaceful. The hot tub was fabulous and thankfully without the strong chemical smell and feel you get with some. The open plan living area and kitchen provides a great space for cooking and chatting. The location is also superb. Easy walk to village and beautiful places for dog walking. Zoe was responsive throughout our booking and we would not hesitate to stay in her wonderful house again.
