Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

This luxurious Villa will make you fall in love in it's open space stylish interior full of real eye-catching details, but most off all the breathtaking view of the sea and complete Kvarner Bay. The Villa has wonderful 5 bedrooms with panoramic Seaview, each has own bathroom and walk in closet. There is also a barbecue, private parking for 5cars.

Apartman se nalazi na Kantridi u blizini poznatog nogometnog stadiona, na pola puta između centra Rijeke i Opatije, u blizini restorana, kafića, pekare, trgovačkog centara Iz apartmana se pruža predivan pogled na cijeli riječki zaljev i otoke. Plaže su udaljene 5 minuta hoda. Studio apartman (25 m2) je novo uređen i sastoji se od: sobe, kuhinje i kupaonice. U apartmanu postoji mogućnost korištenja perilice suđa i perilice rublja. K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.
