Lyn was a nice and helpful host. She has sent us local recommendations and contacts ahead of our stay and was also making sure everything is ok during our stay. The house is small but cute and as advertised in a very convenient location just next to the Sundowner and Clubhouse. The bedrooms are very bright and airy with huge glass sliding doors onto the patio. Only downside is that there are no mosquito screens for the sliding doors and upon arrival they were all widely open to air out the room. This has allowed lots of huge spiders to come inside. That’s the only downside though, everything else was great. Also the bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Kathryn & Mark were great hosts, extremely responsive & friendly. The staff at the house were great and very helpful. We look forward to coming back again soon!

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay with family of 5. The owner responded quickly, send us very detailed information of all you need to know and arranged pick up at Mombasa airport. The staff is very friendly, helpful and at the same time gives you privacy. Reuben the chef provided us splendid meals, we especially enjoyed all the fresh seafood!Recommended is to do shopping before arrival because bigger supermarkets are 40 minutes drive away. Fruits, vegetables, water, fish, soda’s are easy to get in the village but for more luxurious groceries you have to go to the bigger supermarkets. You can book the pick up from the airport with a shopping stop in Nyali. Neen Tree is a lovely family house with marvellous view and direct access to the ocean. A friendly monkey family lives on the property and are fun to watch. Besides the pool we loved going snorkelling on the rif using the equipment from the house. For transport we used Tsuma with a comfortable 7 seater which we used for a Kilifi trip.

Lorine’s place is amazing! I feel like the antique furniture and aesthetics of the colonial styles was flawless! I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends in the future. I can’t wait to come again to see the wonderful puppy/guard dog who is always so friendly! Thank you Lorine and Emmanuel!

Moreen was a great host. the house is beautiful and has a view to die for. Moreen was responsive and helpful during our stay and was able to sort out a few issues we had with the fridge. I would definitely be back

Sarah's place is very nice, well located, 5 min away on foot from the beach. Close to shops, with a very well equipped kitchen. The rooms have AC, but in the living room there's only a ventilator, so it can get quite hot. Otherwise I would really recommend it.

Priscilla was an amazing host! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-prepared. The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and had such a welcoming vibe. I stayed at Terry's Airbnb for 2 weeks (and have just booked for another week upon my return from Zanzibar). The apartment is clean (also the cleaner comes every 2 days to spruce up and change towels/sheets), good central location in Bamburi so easy to get transport, quiet amd has all the amenities to feel like a homevaway from home, including AC and Netflix. terry is very responsive and responds almost instantly to messages I highly recommend this apartment.

Very pleasant stay. Loved the well stocked kitchen, the coffee maker is an added bonus as I love my coffee. Place is a little out of the way, not necessarily a bad thing but i found that uber drivers were reluctant or made a fuss about having to drive there. Otherwise its great value for money, swimming pool is also clean and pleasant to use.

I love this bnb! this was my 2nd stay and won't be the last. whenever am traveling to mombasa this is my go to spot. the bnb is beautiful the decor is kool unique and stylish . the seller is the view!! it's what really draws me there each time. loaded with amenities pretty much everything you can think of is there. very comfortable sofa seating and bed. I literally have no complaints the only thing that could make it better is if it was in a more happening area but it's easy to get around with ubers. the host is amazing she always gets back to me with any concerns and rectified them. she definitely takes wanting us to have a good experience serious. pro tip . there is a store nearby on called food plus where you can get cases of water, snacks and even food stuff for cooking. the big thing is there is also a pharmacy and atm in that same Plaza. good to know because there is not an atm at the premises where you'll stay. cash is king.

Another amazing stay at Aqua Apartments in Mombasa! I stayed from June 3 to June 6, and as always, everything was perfect. The location is great, close to everything I need, with a beautiful ocean view that never gets old. I’ve been here multiple times — this has become my go-to spot whenever I’m in Mombasa.
