It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

For active holidays lovers nearby is Risnjak National Park, the source of the river Kupa, the waterfall Zeleni vir, the canyon Vražji prolaz, Bijele and Samarske stijene. The sea and beaches are 40 km away (Opatija Riviera) or 20 km (Crikvenica Riviera).
