ΤΟ ΑΠΕΡΑΝΤΟ ΓΑΛΑΖΙΟ 1 (ENDLESS BLUE 1)

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται μέσα στο Μπατσί. Εύκολα με τα πόδια προσβάσημη η παραλία/κέντρο του Μπατσίου όπου βρίσκονται όλα τα μαγαζιά. Είκοσι μέτρα από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει όλο το καλοκαίρι δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούριο, ευρύχωρο και ζεστό, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου. Προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα, στο Μπατσί και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα, καθώς βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο του κτηρίου. Είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και παρέες.
