Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Gîte for up to 8 people, at the foot of the Clergeon, ideally located 30 min from the lakes of Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, 45 min from Geneva and the first ski resorts. Top pied-à-terre to visit our region with family(ies) and/or friends. By reservation (rates on site), we offer dinners from Friday to Sunday with Karine (serving) and Stéphane (in the kitchen). Maiween (early childhood pro) offers babysitting (available on weekends and evenings). Enjoy your stay as you wish.

The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Our cottage "La Montagnette" is a fully equipped, clean and very well located house in the heart of a small mid-mountain village at 430 m altitude in the heart of Chautagne, between lakes and mountains. Guests can enjoy our beautiful sunsets from the large covered terrace with stunning views of the Grand Colombier With Lake Bourget 10 minutes away and all these surrounding mountains, there will be plenty of activities in any season!

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.

Notre chalet indépendant, sans vis à vis, entre lacs et montagnes est idéal pour les couples amoureux de la nature désirant se ressourcer au calme. A 650 m d'altitude, la vue à 180° depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. On peut y observer fréquemment des rapaces et autres oiseaux ainsi que de grands animaux ( cerfs, biches ) selon la saison. Le chalet ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux bébés.
