Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Come and rest and relax on the banks of the Seine in a completely renovated chalet in a private and secure estate. Change of scenery guaranteed The cottages of the estate are built around a swimmable lake. Ours has direct access to the Seine (unsecured) On site, there is a communal pool open from June 15 to September 15. Playground for children, tennis courts, soccer and petanque. The estate is 1 hr 20 min from Paris, 20 min from Provins and 45 min from Fontainebleau.
