Difficult access for the elderly because it is steep. 15 min drive from Lake Pannecière and 30 min from Lake Settons. Hiking and mountain biking trails at the end of the garden (Gr13, Tour du Morvan...). All amenities 10 minutes drive (Château-Chinon). 30 minutes' drive from Haut-Folin (25 cross-country ski trails) and Mont-Beuvray.

They are completely off-grid, featuring solar panels and running spring water. We provide a canoe for outings on the lake, as well as mountain bikes available upon reservation.

Fishing regulations are sent to you and must be read and approved. The 11-hectare property is very quiet, only 2 chalets and a mobile home on the property, no overcrowding. You may possibly be bothered by a deer or a squirrel... passing by.
