The large garden offers different seating and lounging facilities and a large dining area with a barbecue. The view on the surrounding hills is magnificent! Located 20 minutes from Pontarlier, 15 minutes from Ornans, 35 minutes from Besançon. Guests can enjoy a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view. In the village there are two restaurants, a grocery store (fresh bread and pastries every day) a butcher shop, a brewery (beers). Ideal place for nature lovers, hikers, fishermen. Access to the slide and games for children (available to our children's ones) we have an impressive but adorable female dog and two cats.

And if you just want to relax in peace, the private island located 2 steps from your accommodation will offer you a peaceful haven where only the murmur of our beautiful Loue River will disturb your tranquility.

On the river bank and in the heart of the village, you will be at the starting point for many hikes, mountain bike tours and the canoe boarding point. Welcome to "Au balcon de Li-Loue", a carefully renovated house, located in the heart of Vuillafans, on the Loue, a beautiful river in Franche-Comté. Here, calm and a change of scenery reign. Vuillafans is located between Lods and Ornans. Departure point for many hikes on foot, by bike and by canoe. Services in the village: convenience store, café/restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, market.

Gus's Home

Enjoy the heart of the Loue Valley in a spacious vintage-style apartment. The location of the accommodation is central in the village, you will find a supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy 3 minutes away by foot. The Besançon-Pontarlier bus stop is 1 min away. The house consists of two apartments, ours where we live with our two children, and Chez Gus' on the first floor.
