Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Belle maison rustique, avec terrain d'1ha, un étang (à sec très souvent) de nombreux arbres. 7 chambres, idéale déjà pour petite famille ou un groupe comme plusieurs familles ou alors pour des séminaires bien être (mauvaise connexion wifi et 4G). Nous n’acceptons plus les fêtes et anniversaires entre adultes, cela dérange trop le voisinage. Havre de calme et de nature. Lieux de ressourcement, de création, mais également propice aux échanges. Dans un Hameau tranquille, petite maison agréable pour 2 personnes et un enfant maximum , typiquement Nivernaise idéale pour se reposer, avec randonnées à pied et à vélo, ainsi que pêche sur place. A proximité du canal du Nivernais, le parcours des 16 écluses , des étangs de Baye et de Vaux, avec des activités nautiques et baignade. Proche du Parc Naturel du Morvan, visite vers Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Boulangerie à 1 km , autres commerces à Corbigny à 10 minutes en voiture.

U heeft de beschikking over een eigen huisje met terras. De gîte is naast mijn huis en is meer dan 100 jaar oud . De bakker is op loopafstand. Er zijn mooie wandelingen in deze omgeving waarvan enkele beginnend vanaf de gîte. Fietsliefhebbers kunnen ook hun hart ophalen. Het Lac de Panneciere is 9 km vanaf de gîte en ideaal voor zwemmen en vissen. Op 15 km afstand ligt het stadje Corbigny waar meerdere supermarkten en restaurants zijn en alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen.
