A coffee artisan renovated an old house near Lake Kinrin and finished it as an airtight, highly heat-resistant house that is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is free of harmful substances, using natural wood and diatomaceous earth. We have installed a CO2 monitor and automatically ventilate the space. We are committed to providing a comfortable environment for a good night's sleep. 　　For bedding, we use high and low resilience mattresses and duvets, and we also provide electric blankets. Each room has heating and cooling air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has 2 single futons and bedroom 2 has 1 double futon. 　　Entrance, living room, kitchen and bathroom are for your exclusive use. 　　2-minute walk to Yufuin's Symbol Onsen Dunyu (mixed bathing) (10 am-8 pm, 300 yen/person). There are also family baths and separate men's and women's hot springs nearby. 3-minute walk to Yunohei Highway, 4-minute walk to Takemoto/Kirinko Iriguchi bus stop, 1.4 km walk to Yufuin Station. 　　Please enjoy the coffee brewed by a professional (the owner). From the two Japanese-style rooms, you can see the Japanese garden, and you can enjoy the quiet relaxation away from everyday life. There are three quiet bedrooms and a spacious living room, so families traveling with three generations can enjoy a comfortable stay. A natural hot spring flows from the premises. You can enjoy the fresh green trees from the bathroom facing the courtyard. The hot spring is suitable for children, babies, and the elderly with its slightly warm water. However, because it is natural, the temperature and amount of hot water varies depending on the season and weather. If necessary, adjust with hot water or water. 🌸 Location It is about 12 minutes by car from Beppu Station. There are plenty of convenience stores, drug stores, supermarkets, etc. nearby. It is accessible by a 5-minute walk on a flat road from the bus stop. This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few restaurants open at night, so cooking for yourself is recommended. * BBQ in the garden from late April to early October.The cold is strictly not recommended at other times.The furnace in the garden is free to use.We can provide a complete BBQ kit (charcoal, grill grate, etc.) for ¥2,500.Bring your own free of charge.Please bring your own groceries. Not in rainy weather due to lack of roof.
