A coffee artisan renovated an old house near Lake Kinrin and finished it as an airtight, highly heat-resistant house that is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is free of harmful substances, using natural wood and diatomaceous earth. We have installed a CO2 monitor and automatically ventilate the space. We are committed to providing a comfortable environment for a good night's sleep. 　　For bedding, we use high and low resilience mattresses and duvets, and we also provide electric blankets. Each room has heating and cooling air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has 2 single futons and bedroom 2 has 1 double futon. 　　Entrance, living room, kitchen and bathroom are for your exclusive use. 　　2-minute walk to Yufuin's Symbol Onsen Dunyu (mixed bathing) (10 am-8 pm, 300 yen/person). There are also family baths and separate men's and women's hot springs nearby. 3-minute walk to Yunohei Highway, 4-minute walk to Takemoto/Kirinko Iriguchi bus stop, 1.4 km walk to Yufuin Station. 　　Please enjoy the coffee brewed by a professional (the owner). This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few places to eat out at night in the neighborhood, so cooking is recommended. We do not recommend it at other times of the year because it is too cold. The stove in the garden is available for free. We will prepare a set of BBQ supplies for ¥2,500. Bringing your own is free. Not available in rainy weather due to lack of roof. You can have a barbecue indoors, but you will be charged ¥2,000 for special cleaning. We will prepare a barbecue plate if you request it.

After an upgrade and renovation by a designer, it has become an aesthetically pleasing and cozy space.
